There is also a series of minutes from the Board of Governors of Thebacha College and Arctic College as well as several committees reporting to the Board.

There are Quarterly Returns for Breynat Hall, Lapointe Hall, Grollier Hall, Stringer Hall, Fleming Hall and Chief Jimmy Bruneau that date from 1969-1974.
