The fonds consists of 2214 photographs (1232 black and white negatives, 982 colour negatives) created by both Gerry Reimann and Bob Wilson during the store’s operation. The photography is a mix of commissioned work, such as portrait or family photography, schools, businesses, organizations, or government work, and non-commissioned photography, such as community events or photography of YK Foto. Due to this, the commissioned work has multiple copyright holders, which are noted where appropriate.

This fonds consists of 368 colour slides taken by Dr. Hunt between 1948 and 1956. The images were taken in the communities he visited in his capacity as a dentist. Communities depicted include Aklavik, Fort Rae, Fort Resolution, Fort McPherson, Fort Simpson, Tuktoyaktuk, Wrigley, Fort Smith, Coppermine and Old Crow. The images depict residents and buildings in these communities. Buildings depicted include Royal Canadian Mounted Police detachments, Hudson's Bay Company posts, Anglican Churches and Roman Catholic Churches. The fonds also includes images of Gwich'in, Dogrib, Inuvialuit, and Slavey peoples. There are some images of Inuvialuit dancers and drummers. A number of images were taken in Dr. Hunt's dental office and include close-ups of his dental equipment. There are also a number of images of reindeer herding and reindeer corrals in the Mackenzie Delta, and a buffalo hunt in Wood Buffalo National Park.
Hunt, TerranceThis fonds consists of 391 colour slides taken by Dr. Sylvester Drabitt, 150 colour negatives that were copied from slides loaned to the NWT Archives by the donor, one videocassette and one audio cassette. Dr. Drabbit was a physician who traveled on medical trips in the eastern arctic. The images include views of people, scenery, flora, fauna, people living on the land, snow houses, medical staff and facilities, transportation methods such as dog teams and aircraft, living conditions, and images from a medical patrol on the ship, C.D. Howe. The videotape also contains scenes from the C.D. Howe and the audio cassette is entitled "Victory at Sea-Last Patrol of the C.D. Howe.
Drabitt, SylvesterThis fonds consists of 827 photographs and 1 cm of textual material from 1949 to 1978, documenting the activities of St. John Ambulance and other first aid projects in the Northwest Territories. The textual records are comprised of: Jack Adderly's story about Tony Dauksa and how his life was saved by the creation of survival cairns in the arctic by St. John Ambulance; a cover page and maps that accompanied a binder of photographs; and a 1982 St. John Ambulance press release. Two of the photographs relate to a survival cairn set up by a group of St. John Ambulance Cadets (6 from Great Britain and 6 Canadians), on July 31, 1976.

Issues received are: Vol 6 # 3 - 1978, and Vol 7 # 1 & 2 - 1979. Records also include two unpublished reports: the first by A.M. Ervin of the Department of Anthropogy, U. of Saskatchewan, "Preliminary Notes Toward a Research Proposal on the Relationships of Culture, Death, Illness and Medicine in the Canadian Arctic". The second by John O'Neil, titled "A Preliminary Working Paper Towards a Research Proposal for the Master's Thesis in Anthropology".
This fonds consists of 444 black and white 4 x 5 negatives and approximately 2 cm of textual material. The images were collected and taken by various Oblate fathers at the Sacred Heart Parish in Fort Simpson. Although one of the primary photographers was Father Henri Posset, many of the images appear to have been collected from other archives. The images depict the Oblate Fathers, Grey Nuns and Dene residents who either worked at, or attended, the churches, schools and hospitals operated by the Roman Catholic Church. Locations covered include Fort Simpson, Nahanni Butte, Fort Liard, Rae, Fort Providence, Trout Lake, Jean Marie River and Wrigley. The textual material includes 21 newsletters dated between 1960-1963 entitled "The Catholic Voice." These newsletters were produced by the Sacred Heart Parish and include a message from the church, as well as document the social, recreational and academic activities in the community.

This fonds consists of records created and collected by the Walter and Thelma Reynolds family, particularly during the time they lived in Inuvik (1962-1964). One of the videos in is English, the other two are in Inuktitut and Slavey respectively.
